LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Lexington police are looking for Robeon Downs.
They said the 21-year-old has three active warrants for wanton endangerment, one for receiving stolen property and another for criminal mischief.
Police said Downs should be considered armed and dangerous.
