LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — An escapee being sought on multiple charges is the Crime Stoppers Wanted Person of the Week.

Phillip White was being treated at a Lexington hospital while wearing an electronic monitoring device, when police said he left, cut off the device, and never returned to the Fayette County Detention Center.

Lexington police released a photo to Crime Stoppers of White being wheeled out of the facility and he hasn’t been seen since. The 37-year-old has active warrants for tampering with a prisoner monitoring device, second-degree escape and is also wanted for questioning in a narcotics trafficking investigation.
