GEORGETOWN, Ky. (FOX 56) — The recent Golden Alert issued for Betty Kestle has been canceled after the Georgetown woman was located.

A Golden Alert has been issued for a woman who was last seen on Monday in Georgetown.

The Georgetown Police Department is trying to locate 84-year-old Betty Kestle.

Kestle was last seen at her home on Independence Court. She is described as 5 foot 2 inches tall, 140 pounds, and with gray hair. She was last seen dressed in a black jacket, green shirt, and blue pants.

According to their statement, she possibly has dementia and will appear confused if approached.
