DRY RIDGE, Ky. (FOX 56) — Kentucky State Police have launched a death investigation after an 80-year-old man was found dead inside a residence in Nicholas County.

According to KSP, the Nicholas County Sheriff’s Office reached out for assistance after Raymound Board, 80, was found dead in a residence on Myers Road.

The investigation led to Board’s daughter, 45-year-old Angela Board, being charged with abuse of a corpse. She was booked into the Bourbon County Detention Center.

The case remains under investigation.
