PIKEVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Kentucky man was found guilty of six counts of child pornography-related offenses.

After a three-day trial, a federal jury in Pikeville found Donald York, 60, of Beauty, guilty of four counts of producing child pornography and two counts of receiving child pornography.

According to court evidence, a female minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct for York so that he could produce explicit images. It was also established that York uploaded some of the photos to a pornographic website.

He is scheduled to appear in court for sentencing on Aug. 24. York faces anywhere from five years to 20 years for each count.
