ALLEN COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Kentucky man has been arrested after an undercover internet crimes against children investigation.

Kentucky State Police said 34-year-old Chad L. Delucenay, from Scottsville, was arrested for child sexual exploitation offenses in June 2023, but further investigation revealed additional alleged victims for charges in Todd County.

The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch said it began its investigation when it discovered Delucenay reportedly shared images of child sexual exploitation online.

He is charged with first-degree rape of a child under 12 years old and one count of first-degree sexual abuse of a child under 12 years old.

Delucenay was arrested on Wednesday, and KSP presented its investigation to a Todd County Grand Jury, which returned an indictment warrant. According to court documents, his bond has been set at $200,000.
