POWELL COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) — The Kentucky State Police released new details regarding the fatal crash in Clay City on Wednesday afternoon.
Officials said that two vehicles were involved in the crash on KY Highway 11, in a news release on Thursday. After their initial investigation, Troopers said that William Thompson, 80, was driving a Dodge pickup when he crossed the center line into Priscilla Davis’s, 79, Chevy SUV.
Both Thompson and Davis were pronounced dead at the scene, KSP said.
The crash remains under investigation by KSP.
