BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (FOX 56) — A former employee of the Warren County Regional Jail has been charged with four counts of sodomy in connection to a complaint of inappropriate sexual conduct.
On April 25, Warren County Jailer Stephen Harmon requested the assistance of Kentucky State Police to investigate the conduct of former employee, Aaron Bommarito, of Franklin, who left the jail after only three months of service.

Bommarito, 28, was indicted on May 24 by a Warren County grand jury after the investigation. He was taken into custody on May 26 and charged with one count of third-degree sodomy and one count of first-degree official misconduct.
On Thursday, an indictment with three additional sodomy charges was returned by a grand jury. The investigation is still ongoing by KSP with the assistance of Harmon and the jail staff.
