KENTUCKY (FOX 56) — Another man has died in Taylor County at Green River Lake.

Campbellsville Fire and Rescue reported that they were dispatched to Green River Lake around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday in response to a drowning.

Although safety divers were deployed, it was determined that a 37-year-old male was underwater and unaccounted for. It was clear their rescue efforts had become a recovery operation due to a large amount of bottom debris.

The subject was located and recovered from 32 feet of water in the heavy brush on Monday at 11:23 a.m. His identity has not yet been released.
