KENTUCKY (FOX 56) — The Kentucky State Fair is just months away. On Wednesday, the fair announced its next set of acts for the Texas Roadhouse Concert Series.

Concerts coming to Lexington in summer 2023

The tradition continues this year in Louisville at the Kentucky Exposition Center, hosting hundreds of vendors, food, rides, competitions, agriculture exhibitors, and the first-ever Kentucky State Fair Beerfest.

Party on the square: Georgetown’s free summer concert series returns

There will be 10 nights of free entertainment for state fair ticket holders from Aug. 17-27.

  • Aug. 17: Chris Janson and Alex Miller
  • Aug. 18: Morris Day and the Time with special guest Tag Team
  • Aug. 19: Foghat and The Kentucky Headhunters 
  • Aug. 21: Casting Crowns  
  • Aug. 22: Happy Together Tour featuring The Turtles, Little Anthony, Gary Puckett & The Union Gap, The Vogues, The Classics IV, and The Cowsills 
  • Aug. 23: Larry Fleet and Tyler Rich 
  • Aug. 25: Eddie Montgomery of Montgomery Gentry with special guest Lonestar 

You can expect a complete lineup to be announced on May 31.
