LINCOLN COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) – On Jan. 16, Lincoln County deputies saw a car speeding on U.S. Highway 150 East.
After pulling the car over the woman in the front of the car was found to have an active warrant for her arrest. After being placed under arrest the woman was found to have a suspected controlled substance, hypodermic needles, and other paraphernalia in her possession.
In addition to the pre-existing warrant, she was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
