FRANKFORT, Ky. (FOX 56) — An arrest warrant served Wednesday alleged a Kentucky trio stole more than $153,000 worth of beauty products from several Ulta Beauty stores.
An arrest citation said 22-year-old Marshay Nelson, 21-year-old Jacariah Girton—both from Louisville—and an unknown man stole from multiple Ulta Beauty stores in Kentucky. In February, Ulta staff contacted officers about $6,521 in missing merchandise.

A surveillance video allegedly showed the three people walking up to the fragrance section and putting items into Ulta bags and baskets before leaving the store.
Ulta had already identified Nelson and Girton from prior events. Nelson had allegedly stolen $58,087 over 27 visits, while Girton had allegedly stolen $73,422 after 27 visits.
According to court documents, Ulta said the unknown man stole $22,325.
A Fayette County complaint warrant also alleged Nelson shoplifted $9,775 and Girton shoplifted $15,654 from Ulta Beauty in Lexington.
Nelson was charged with theft by unlawfully taking more than $1,000 but less than $10,000 and lodged in the Franklin County Detention Center.
