LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — One person is dead and two others were injured following a crash on Old Richmond Road in Lexington.

Lexington police said the crash happened around 2:50 a.m. Friday. Authorities said they found one deceased individual and two others with injuries whose severity is unknown at this time.

The road remains closed as accident reconstruction teams investigate.

FOX 56 is working to learn more about what caused the crash and the health status of those involved.
