WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. (WDKY) – Whitley County authorities have released the names of the 10 arrested during a party investigators say involved underage drinking.

Deputies responded to the scene of Levi Lay Road in Williamsburg early Sunday morning where they found people under 21 under the influence of alcohol after a deadly crash involving an ATV.

Investigators say Matthew White, 20, died after leaving the party. His brother was seriously injured, but he is now in stable condition at a Knoxville hospital.

Authorities arrested 10 people ages 18-35 and charged them with alcohol intoxication in a public place, unlawful transaction with a minor or both charges. Two were also charged with disorderly conduct.

The following people were arrested at the party:
