LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – The Fayette County Coroner’s Office and the Lexington Police Department are investigating the death of a 23-year-old who died in a motorcycle accident.

Cesar Noe Ixcotac Perpuac, of Lexington, was pronounced dead by the coroner’s office at 7:32 p.m. after a motorcycle and vehicle collided near the Rio Dosa Drive and Man O’ War Boulevard intersection.

Perpuac was declared dead at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. The cause of his death is still unknown pending an autopsy.
