LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — A death investigation is underway after a body was found at a residence near Man O’ War Boulevard.

According to Lexington Police, around 8:45 a.m. on Thursday, officers responded to the 6,000 block of Man O’ War in regard to a “subject down.”

Upon arrival, Lexington police and fire departments found a body.

The Fayette County Coroner will release the identity after next of kin can be notified.
