SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) – A former Scott County coroner will learn his fate on Friday.

John Goble pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit theft of weapons and ammunition belonging to Kentucky State Police in May.

Goble conspired with Mitch Harris and Michael Crawford to steal up to $40,000 worth of ammunition. Goble and Crawford also bought KSP-owned guns and would later re-sell them from 2014 to 2018.
