LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — The Lexington Police Department said Gracie Lorenzen has been found and is safe.

Police are searching for a missing 18-year-old in Lexington.

The Lexington Police Department issued a Golden Alert for Gracie Lorenzen. She was last seen on Saturday in the 2500 block of Danielle Lane and is believed to be walking.

MISSING IN KENTUCKY

Lorenzen is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair. The police said no clothing description was available.

The department said Lorenzen has a developmental disorder and a history of mental illness.
