NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — A man was charged after an investigation by Homeland Security and Kentucky State Police.

Troopers arrested 29-year-old Darren Ruble after an undercover internet crimes against children investigation. The probe started after the KSP electronic crime branch discovered Ruble was allegedly sharing images of child pornography online.

Ruble is charged with one count of possessing matter portraying a minor in a sexual act over 12 years old.

Ruble was lodged in the Jessamine County Detention Center.
