LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Lexington man was sentenced Thursday after murdering a 3-year-old girl.

The Commonwealth’s Attorney said 37-year-old Andrew Buster Jr. was sentenced to 40 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to murder and sodomy charges.


According to police, Buster sexually assaulted the 3-year-old in December 2018. She later died due to her injuries. He’ll be eligible for parole after serving 20 years.
