LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – On April 15, an employee at the Federal Medical Center in Lexington pled guilty to five counts of sexual abuse.

Hosea Lee Jr., 43, was formerly employed as a correctional officer at the Federal Medical Center in Lexington where he served as a drug treatment specialist. According to his plea agreement, Lee performed sexual acts on multiple occasions on four separate victims who attended his drug treatment classes between October and December of 2019.

Lee was indicted in July 2021 and is scheduled to be sentenced on July 29, 2022. He faces a fine of no more than $250,000 and a maximum prison sentence of 15 years.

The investigation into this case was conducted jointly by the FBI and the Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General.
