LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — The Lexington Police Department is attempting to locate a man wanted on multiple charges.

Bluegrass Crime Stoppers said Phillip Perkins has active arrest warrants for first-degree fleeing and evading, reckless driving, and disregarding traffic control device. Authorities said he is also wanted for a parole violation warrant and unserved Emergency Protection Orders.
