LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – Lexington Restaurant Week is set to begin on Thursday and run until July 31. The event will celebrate local eats with around 30 restaurants offering three or four-course meals starting as low as $19.

The local food celebration is likely to offer something for everyone with some of Lexington’s biggest names in food participating. Honeywood, Old Vine Bistro, Jean Farris Winery and Bistro, Pasta Garage, and more have published their specials for the foodie holiday.

The special event menu says the multi-course menu specials are crafted with savings in mind and are not intended to be split or ordered as carryout but doggie bags are okay.

Reservations are recommended because specials are subject to change and for some restaurants they are required reservations can be made here.

“Lexington Restaurant Week is one of our favorite weeks of the year,” said Mike Hilton, Zim’s Cafe and Honeywood restaurant. “It stands for everything we are all about. Celebrating the best of central Kentucky cuisine, celebrating local and even bigger than that — bringing people together.”
