LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – New Megabus routes are set to begin Wednesday. The news routes will expand the connectedness both inside and outside of Kentucky.
Megabus and Miller Transportation announced an expansion to the routes they will offer, including places like Frankfort, Louisville, and Memphis.
The services will expand options for 56 cities, including Lexington.

“As we get back to normal, people are moving around again, but just with inflation and other costs of living expenses that a lot of people are dealing with, a bus is becoming a really good value option.”

- Frankfort, Kentucky
- Fulton, Kentucky
- Louisville, Kentucky
- Marion, Kentucky
- Mayfield, Kentucky
- Memphis, Tennessee
- Morganfield, Kentucky
- Paducah, Kentucky
- Union City, Tennessee
The bus stop will be located at the Greyhound station at 477 W New Circle Road.
According to Megabus, they have offered city-to-city bus services across the U.S. for as low as $1.
Tickets can be purchased now for travel beginning on Wednesday. According to the website, tickets from Frankfort range from approximately $17.50 to $89.99 — depending on the destination.
A $3.99 booking fee will be added to all transactions.
