LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – The bright lights of big-time TV and movie production are coming to the bluegrass.

Wrigley Woodhill Studios is being built in Lexington’s Woodhill neighborhood in the old Cinemark theater.

Its owner, Misdee Wrigley Miller, said it will be Kentucky’s largest studio production facility, with all of the things necessary to make feature films, TV, and commercial productions.

“We look forward to welcoming new productions to Kentucky and facilitating their needs with the bluegrass state’s famous grace and hospitality. As that famous line goes, ‘if you build it, they will come,’ and we are confident they will,” said Miller.

The nationally-syndicated court show “Relative Justice”, is already produced at the site.

The expansion is set to be finished early next year.
