RICHMOND, Ky. (FOX 56) — Police are looking for an escaped inmate out of Madison County.
Kentucky State Police said 44-year-old Gary Rowe, from Ashland, walked away from the Bluegrass Career and Development Center just before 8 a.m. Monday.

Rowe is described as 6 feet tall, weighs around 177 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes.
He has a birthmark on his left arm and his last name tattooed across his back.
Kentucky State Police said he’s known to hang out in Boyd County and the surrounding areas. Rowe was serving time for trafficking meth, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and fleeing or evading police.
