RICHMOND Ky. — Scott Anderson served as the Madison County School district’s food service director. As of July 1, he is retired from that position, but his work is far from finished.
Scott will be joining an organization called “Demo Cook”, which will have him travel across the country visiting other school districts. There, he’ll spread the word about the work those district’s food service programs are doing.
Additionally, he’ll have the chance to share ideas and learn even more methods of keeping students full and focused.
While Scott’s time as Madison County School’s food service director has ended, he says the county will always be his home, and he has this message for the team.
“Continue to serve the great food that you’ve been doing for the last 7 to 14 years. Continue to feed the kids in Madison County. I’m very proud of all we’ve done, and I know you’re going to continue the great work,” Anderson said.
