RICHMOND, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Richmond man is missing after leaving for northern Kentucky and Cincinnati.
Richmond police said 23-year-old Billy Lee Shannon was last known to be in the Cincinnati area around Feb. 17. He was last seen wearing black pants, a white shirt, and a black, red and gold Gucci Jacket. He is likely wearing a thick gold and diamond necklace with a ring in his left nostril and left eyebrow.
Missing in Kentucky
He is about 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs around 165 lbs. with brown hair and eyes. Photos provided by Richmond police show Shannon has multiple tattoos.
