RICHMOND, Ky. (FOX 56) — The Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating an individual wanted on multiple counts.

Authorities are trying to locate 38-year-old John T. Walters II.

Richmond police report issuing three felony arrest warrants for second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
