DANVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — An undercover investigation led to an arrest on Monday.

The Boyle County Sheriff’s Office said a deputy posing as a juvenile contacted 47-year-old Paul Norton, of Horse Cave, on social media, requesting sexual performances.

Norton allegedly asked to come to Danville to pick up the child and take them back to his home for sex.

The sheriff’s office said on Monday that it and the Hart County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant and arrested Norton at his home in Horse Cave.

He was lodged in the Boyle County Detention Center and charged with promoting and procuring a minor for sexual performances by electronic means.
