LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — A University of Kentucky Cheerleader died in a tragic accident over the weekend.
Kaleb Allan Cantrell, student-athlete and cheer coach, died at only 25 years old in his hometown of Houston, Texas.
The Houston Police Department Vehicular Crimes Division released that around 4:50 a.m. on May 20 Cantrell struck the outer guardrail on South U.S. Highway 59 and was ejected from the motorcycle. Authorities report the fatal crash is still under investigation.

The Academy of Gymnastics and Dance where he worked as a cheer coach in Texas, shared on Facebook that Kaleb’s “presence, energy, and love of coaching will forever be in our hearts and memories.”
Family and friends will honor Cantrell’s life in Houston on May 30 and 31.
