LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Get ready to raise your glasses Lexington is celebrating its inaugural Lexington Bourbon Week.
Kicking off on Nov. 9, the 10-day event celebrates bourbon, mixology, and the thriving local restaurant and bar scene in the Bluegrass.
“We are thrilled to kick off the inaugural Lexington Bourbon Week with a stellar lineup of over 20 local restaurants and bars,” said Amy Eddie, Director of Events at Smiley Pete Publishing. “We invite everyone to join us for an unforgettable week of bourbon-inspired cocktails, showcasing the innovation that makes Lexington a hub for bourbon enthusiasts. Over 20 restaurants and bars will serve unique, off-menu bourbon cocktails: their take on the classic Elijah Craig Old Fashioned as well as an exclusive specialty cocktail using a partnering bourbon.
