LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – The large beaver sign on I-75 has been causing a stir in Richmond and the surrounding area.

Buc-ee’s started in 1982 and according to their website, they are “committed to providing a clean, friendly, and in-stock experience for our customers. Regardless of where you may find us, if the store is big or small, near or far, the mission remains the same.”

When can I visit Bucc-ee’s?

The Richmond location, comprised of 120 gas pumps and a 53,000 square foot facility, is set to open on April 19.

The mega-store recently hired nearly all of its 400 available positions during a hiring event at EKU.

Various positions were open for cashiers, food service staff, janitorial staff, grocery staff, maintenance staff, and merchandising, all with a pay range of between $15 and $17 an hour.
