BEREA, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Maine woman is accused of causing a disturbance, threatening others with a shotgun on Thursday at a Berea Walmart.
Stardust Diver Chase, 55, was at the Walmart on Jill Drive when the police arrived at the scene. The police said she was yelling at another woman and claiming she found a shotgun in the garbage prior to their arrival. Chase reportedly told the woman she was yelling at that “she was next.”
According to an arrest citation, before the police arrived, witnesses saw Chase retrieve the shotgun from her vehicle. She proceeded to point the shotgun at one of the witnesses and appeared to be “talking to the Lord.”
Chase was detained without incident by the police but began screaming when she was placed in the back of the police car.

The police searched Chase’s vehicle, where they reportedly found a marijuana cigarette in her driver’s seat.
Chase was charged with:
- Second-degree disorderly conduct
- First-degree wanton endangerment
- Possession of marijuana
- Third-degree terroristic threatening
She was booked into the Madison County Detention Center and is scheduled to be arraigned at 8:59 a.m. on Sept. 22.
