
Spicy Slaw Dogs
- 1 16-oz bag of coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup pickle relish
- 1/2 cup pickled hot banana peppers, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Hot dogs
- Hot dog buns
- Softened butter, for toasting buns
In a medium bowl, toss together the coleslaw mix, relish, banana peppers, jalapeños, and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Grill or griddle the hot dogs and serve them on toasted buns, topped with a heap of slaw.

Hot Fudge Sundaes
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
- Vanilla ice cream
- Salted, roasted peanuts
- Whipped cream
- Maraschino cherries
In a small saucepan, bring the cream to a low simmer. Add the butter, brown sugar, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Whisk until smooth and serve over vanilla ice cream, topped with peanuts, whipped cream, and cherries. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator and heat to serve.
