LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — The Lexington Regional is set for the weekend. No. 12 national seed Kentucky, the host school, will take on Ball State. The two will duel in the first game of the regional, with first pitch at Noon on Friday, June 2.

In the final game of Day One, West Virginia and Indiana will face off at 7 p.m.

On Saturday, the loser of game one will take on the loser of game two in an elimination game, followed by the winners of game one and two facing off for a spot in the regional title game.

On Sunday, the day will start with another elimination game. The winner of that game, will face the undefeated team in another elimination game. If necessary, both teams will meet again on Monday night for a spot in the Super Regional round.
