1 tbsp butter

1 package frozen corn

1 green bell pepper, diced

1 cup frozen okra

1/2 red onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp hot sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste


Heat butter in a saute pan over medium high heat and saute the corn until tender and caramelized. Add the bell pepper, okra, red onion, and garlic and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Add hot sauce and season with salt and pepper.
