LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – On Monday, expect early clouds to give way to bright sunshine, but still cool for this time of year with highs in the lower to mid-40s.
Temperatures later on this week will turn milder, back in the 50s by the middle of the week.



Tonight, look for plenty of clouds and stray flurries possible, especially north of Fayette County this evening with colder temperatures.
Monday, early clouds to bright sun, highs around 44 degrees and more high clouds advance into the area, bringing lows around 30 degrees Monday night.
Tuesday, expect some high clouds, breezy, gusts around 25 mph, and mild with highs in the lower 50s.
By Thursday rainy conditions are returning to the Commonwealth with a half-inch to more than an inch of rain possible.
By Friday, rain quickly changes to wet snow with some accumulation possible. Stay tuned.
