LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – Locally heavy rain is expected through Saturday.
1-3 inches of rain will be possible across the Commonwealth as a cold front slides into town and moves southward.
Many areas across the Bluegrass got a heavy dose of rain and storms today, but more will follow.
Look for lows tonight around 70 degrees and highs on Saturday in the lower 80s.

Of course, the heat and humidity will return early next week with highs in the lower 90s, but less rain next week is anticipated.
