Expect a mostly cloudy sky today with showers possible this afternoon. No, they won’t be widespread, but there will be some showers to contend with.
It will be a chilly day with high temperatures reaching the upper 40s and low 50s this afternoon.
A cold front and a wave of low pressure will team up to bring a better chance for rain on Tuesday.
The front stalls out on Wednesday keeping rain in the forecast even into Friday morning. That cold front clears the area leading to a drier Friday evening and Saturday.
Another storm system approaches on Sunday bringing another chance for showers. Several inches of rain are possible over the next seven days, especially across southern Kentucky.
