LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – The coverage of the rain is expected to decrease this evening, but some showers or patchy drizzle will remain possible into the overnight hours with some fog around. Temperatures will be chilly with lows in the 40s.
Mostly cloudy skies prevail on Friday with an isolated shower or patchy drizzle possible.
Another storm system heads our way on Saturday bringing another round of showers. Overall, this is a lighter rainstorm with showers on a scattered basis, especially late day.

By Sunday, the front is moving east and drier weather returns during the afternoon with partial clearing. Highs are still cool with thermometers around 50 degrees.
Finally, a mostly sunny sky is in the forecast by Monday. The sunshine will be short-lived as another storm system approaches Tuesday night and moves through Wednesday with more rain and storms likely.
