LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Another beautiful day is in store for Kentucky. High pressure keeps us dry with a mostly sunny sky. Humidity stays low, and temperatures reach the mid-to-upper 70s.

Chilly temperatures again Tonight, as many locations drop back into the 40s under a mostly clear sky.

Temperatures get a touch warmer into Saturday, with highs in the upper 70s and lower 80s. Potentially a little warmer in central Kentucky, where more sunshine is possible.

By Saturday afternoon and evening, clouds will thickening across the region, with isolated showers possible late Saturday night.

Scattered showers are possible on Sunday, especially in the first half of the day as a cold front works through.

Temperatures will start to warm again by the middle of next week.
