LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — We kick off a new week with the same weather we had over the weekend. This afternoon, abundant sunshine and unseasonably warm temperatures in the low to mid-80s.

Another pleasantly cool night ahead, with lows dropping back into the mid to upper 50s.

The summer feel sticks around Tuesday and Wednesday when highs reach the mid to potentially upper 80s with dry conditions.
A real deal fall cold front sweeps through the state on Friday bringing scattered showers along with much cooler air for the weekend.

Speaking of cooler air, highs will be in the upper 50s and lower 60s, and lows in the 40s and a few 30s over the weekend.
