LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Showers are likely on Monday, especially through the morning hours, with temperatures falling throughout the day.
We’ll be in the 40s Monday afternoon, with a light breeze making it feel colder.

A freeze warning is in effect Monday night for central and portions of southern Kentucky. There are two things that could keep temperatures a little warmer: clouds and the wind. Regardless, we should see many locations drop into the upper 20s and lower 30s.

Halloween is going to be a chilly day under a partly sunny sky. Highs are only in the 40s, and it may even be a struggle to get out of the low 40s in spots. Make sure those kids are dressed warmly before heading out to trick-or-treat.

A secondary cold front pushes through Halloween evening, bringing the chance for flurries or a few snow showers.

A hard freeze is likely Wednesday morning as temperatures drop into the 20s.
A warming trend starts on Thursday and continues into the weekend.
