LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Overall, it was a mostly cloudy and gloomy weekend for most of central Kentucky, but changes are coming to start the workweek.
Tonight will be cool, with temperatures dropping into the mid-and upper-50s under partly cloudy skies.

Monday will be slightly warmer, with temperatures in the low 80s. Expect mostly sunny skies with a few passing clouds.

Showers are likely on Tuesday as our next system works through the area.

Much cooler air will work behind the cold front. High temperatures will only hit the low to mid-70s for the rest of the week.
